Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information MC Studio (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and through email updates from our apps, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

The short version

• On this website, we only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form.
• If you signed up in one of our apps, we may email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking.
• We never sell or rent your information.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive:

• your name and email address;
• the topic you picked (sell, build, scale or say hi);
• if you tell us about an app: its name or link and the monthly revenue range you selected;
• your message and anything else you choose to include.

Please don’t send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form. If a deal moves forward we’ll agree a proper way to share confidential material.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use it to identify or profile you.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so no third-party font service sees your visit.

Emails from our apps

Our apps (such as Necklo, Aminio and Kegelin) may send you email updates, newsletters and product news if you signed up for them in the app or on its website. We use your email address, your name if you gave it, and basic engagement data (whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked) to send these emails and keep our lists healthy.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We keep a record of unsubscribed addresses so we never email you again.

Emails are sent through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES). Our email platform’s data is stored with Supabase and Railway. We never sell or rent email addresses.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send us a message through the contact form.

How we use your information

We use what you send us through the contact form only to:

• read and reply to your message;
• evaluate an app you’ve offered for sale, or a project you’ve proposed;
• keep a record of our conversation with you.

Our basis for this is your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding to it and pursuing the opportunity you’ve described. Where the law requires consent, sending the form is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We only use a small number of service providers:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• Telegram, which we use to receive contact-form messages internally;
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which sends our apps’ emails;
• Supabase and Railway, which store our email platform’s data.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to the buyer or successor in the event of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any relationship that follows, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Email subscribers stay on our lists until they unsubscribe or ask us to delete their data. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so we never email you again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, send us a message through the contact form and choose “Say hi”. We’ll reply within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to messages is limited to the founders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and app owners. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
